To the Amálka lookout tower in České Petrovice

Sport Area České Petrovice is a place the whole family will enjoy. It offers heaps of fun for kids and comfort and relaxation for adults. You can come here for a day trip, a weekend, or even a laid-back holiday. You definitely won’t be bored—whether you take advantage of the activities in the area or head out to explore the surroundings.
The facilities at the sports area are truly “family friendly”. You’ll find a whole range of summer attractions such as:
- summer tubing
- an inflatable obstacle course
- trampolines
- or even off-road trikes that both kids and adults will enjoy for a great adrenaline rush.
In the restaurant facilities there is also a storage room, a relaxation area with beanbags, and a changing table and children’s high chairs are a given. You can also grab a bite to eat here—the stylish restaurant is a great place to dine, and you can relax on the prepared sun loungers.
Accommodation is available in an apartment as well as beautiful glamping above the ski slope, Nebespaní.
EDUCATIONAL TRAIL: KINGDOM OF THE FORCES OF NATURE
Along the ski slope all the way up to the Amálka lookout tower runs the educational trail Kingdom of the Forces of Nature. It has 5 stops, and besides fun, children will also take away some new knowledge about the universe, the Earth, snow, fire, and wind. You can buy a game marble at the ticket office for CZK 60, and the kids will have lots of fun with it on the way to the lookout tower. The trail is really lovely and kids will definitely enjoy it. The proverbial cherry on top is the unusual Amálka lookout tower, which offers a fantastic view of the landscape.
During the summer, various events are also held here. We truly warmly recommend a visit to this place in the Orlické Mountains and believe that all families with children will like it here.
Opening hours: daily 10:00–18:00. If you stay at Apartments U vleku, you have unlimited access to the fun zone with attractions.
